Lead Teacher

Location: Easton, PA
Employment Type: Full-time
Summary:
The Lead Teacher at Vinco Academy oversees daily operations, ensuring safety, quality care, and educational excellence. Collaborating with the Director, they plan and implement daily activities, manage staff performance, and maintain compliance with state and academy policies. Key responsibilities include training and supervising new hires, leading monthly staff meetings, coordinating with HR on staff performance, and acting as Incident Commander in the Director's absence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 30+ credit hours in early childhood or related field, 1+ year working with children, and 2+ years in educational leadership. Strong communication, customer service, and tech skills required. FBI fingerprint, PA background check, drug screen, child abuse clearance, and physician approval mandatory.
Certifications:

  • First Aid and CPR certified.

 


Assistant Teacher

Location: Easton, PA
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
Summary:
The Assistant Teacher supports classroom management and daily activity implementation under the Lead Teacher's guidance. They ensure a safe, structured, and engaging environment, coordinate aides in the Lead Teacher’s absence, and document students’ progress while maintaining compliance with regulations and academy policies.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) with 2+ years’ experience in childcare. Proficient in technology, effective communication skills, and customer service. FBI fingerprint, PA background check, drug screen, child abuse clearance, and physician approval mandatory.
Certifications:

  • First Aid and CPR certified.

 


Teacher's Aid

Location: Easton, PA
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time  
Summary:  
The Teacher’s Aid supports daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, educational environment for students. Working closely with the Lead Teacher, they assist in implementing lessons, providing emotional and academic support, and maintaining student well-being. Responsibilities include documenting student activities, ensuring hygiene needs are met, and participating in parent conferences as needed. The Teacher’s Aid also ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and may act as Incident Commander in emergencies.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of experience working with children. Strong communication and customer service skills, and tech proficiency required. Must pass FBI fingerprinting, PA background check, child abuse clearance, drug screen, and physical exam.
